COMMUNITY OUTREACH WORKER

DATES: June - July 2023 | COST PER STUDENT: $5,500

Come and serve with us in the Birmingham area of the United Kingdom, working alongside the local church to love and serve their community. Upon arrival, we will get you ready to get out there and experience doing ministry on the ground in a different culture, and send you out to work with local churches in all sorts of capacities. From connecting with people for the sake of sharing the gospel to stacking the chairs for the next church ministry to take place, you’ll be essential to the life of the church this summer.​

What to Expect:

• Training session upon arrival, looking at discipleship principles, cross-cultural ministry, and the art of telling your story
  
• 7-8 weeks working with a local church in all capacities they need; this is essential for supporting the local church in busy summers
  
• Regular group meetings to pray together, celebrate wins together, and process the challenges of cross-cultural servanthood
  
• Debrief session to close out your time in the UK; a time to look back, look forward, and dream a little.
